Something that we can listen to and with our intention consciously send this energy to it? That was crazy! Since I was around 23. I have tried it all: I Waska, ketamine, therapy, energy, healing, inner child, work, trauma, work, therapy, drugs, hypnotherapy, you name it. Nothing works. I have to smoke all this pot and that doesn’t really work either. I’d really like to go to sleep six hours straight without drugs. I feel like I’m gonna slowlylose my mind if I haven’t already. It’s ruined my life.
