The only serious problem with this recipe appears to be the following: rice was simply boiled in the semi brine water. This won't do. Before the rice was boiled into it, you needed to fry it in garam masala powder + ghee separately along with resins, cashews that you were to have in the pulao before being added to boiling water. It makes a lot of difference.
Sam Sengupta exactly. It should be little sauted before adding the boiled water or adding in the boiling water. Secondly, this pulau looks sticky but if you eat the same at the restaurant, its as jhorjhore as normal rice... They will definitely not show us the original recipe.
Well said. the rice should be sauted in ghee with all the dry fruits and then gonna add boiled water. We have Misti Pulao in our channel. You may watch it.
