The biggest cause of that club getting too inside, and causing issues, comes from a disconnect with what the club needs to be doing to be on plane, and be "in front of you" When that shaft gets inside... when it is level with the ground, it is off plane and pointing to the right of target line.... so where should it be? This one easy concept to remember. ..."Whenever the shaft is level with the ground, it should also be parallel to the target line." ..... It will happen 5 times for you, as you have a nice full backswing with clubshaft level to the ground, at the top. So... 1 is on the takeaway, 2 is at the top, 3 is on the down swing, 4 is after impact in extension and 5 is before the finish. If the shaft is pointed where it should be at those 5 spots in the swing, and your grip is good...it will be perfectly on plane, starting the ball dead online... and producing a laser straight ball flight. The mental reminder is... "5 times parallel" Just add that little thing to what you are doing now, and you'll never get stuck inside. Cheers mate
