use to make parm crusted chicken a lot because it was easy and cheap aha. if you bake it you take a chicken breast and add a thin layer of mayo as a binder(it turns into oil) then breadcrumbs and parm plus any herbs etc. i dont drink either (blame bad experiences with former dad) so italian places that offer wine pairings are always awkward
I usually do my ratings on a scale of 1 to 10 I would say based off memory this place is at minimum a 7.5 to 8.0 out of 10 in terms of food (never had wine/alcohol) I would have to revisit to make it official tho
@Eddie Lampert if this is a serious question imma chef (now) who get pain good and raises are in the question. at my location a server can make per night like 250 on good thursday-sunday on a normal weekend 120-200 and when we busy any where from 150 to like 400 a night the food is cooked from scratch every plate is gorgeous the wine is only ours and amazing and the servers service is typically amazing and the vibe is outstanding so when you come in you wanna just start giving them your money if anything goes wrong on our end we are on it im talking a re cook on any plate in about 16 mins tops if the food takes any longer than 36mins tops managers are at the table talking to you making sure your ok a chef is on the station with the cook making sure your food is coming out immediately and correct. it’s crazy. no plates touch a table unless someone trained on the plate verifies it’s right and there’s multiple managers on at all times.
Bread looks good except for the butter!

Looks like a nice place to eat for sure!
It really was! I can only imagine how much better it would be for the people who like wine they would be getting the full 100% of the experience

Was the money worth it ??
Definitely worth it. I honestly thought it was gonna be even more expensive for how great everything was 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
