Makes a lovely sound. How about a walk around and chat with the owner, would be nice to know a bit more about the tractor, the restoration proccess and owner,. Great scenery too. Thanks.
Mate , take a good long hard look at the wiring under your cabs , look for any place where a constant live ( Brown ) heavy wire just might be chafing against the skid unit somewhere , it,s also a bloody good idea to professionally fit a heavy blade fuse into these wires , just after the starter , possibly an isolator switch close to the battery on the live cable also , where you can get at it quick , & KEEP A NEW FIRE EXTINGUISHER FIXED UP IN THE CAB , in it,s own clamp , but fast to get at . My 272 of 41 years went straight up in smoke , & other than it was electrical , I will never know what the hell caused it . When you do your clutches , take the cab right off , then you can see what the hell,s been going on underneath it , I never did , I did my clutch through the floor , if I,d once took the cab off , I,d still have my tractor , & my best mate .
Did you and Johnathon have to go have a cold shower and lie down in a dark room after filming this given your affection for all things Leyland but great video

Should of been a great tractor, but was let down by poor design, lack of testing
Poor design? Are you blind? They're some of the best-looking tractors out there
