THANKS MAN! Ive loved maiden since I first saw them opening for judas priest way back in the day. I have recently started playing guitar again. Every. Single. Day. It has been 20 years since I played regulary. I am 48 years old, body is broken a bit and still have shrapnel drifting about my chest and your posting (and me playing) the maiden songs that you have makes all the crap just go away. Your efforts on this have been a positive impact to me. UP WITH THE IRONS
@@80shairmetalbandBack in 1984 ,in Placerville, Calif. I spent the best summer holiday of my life.I was a teenager, then and I still hadn't learned to play guitar.Cheers mate and thanks once again.
Way to rock out this awesome tune! Thanks for putting up your Iron Maiden lessons. Months or work ahead of me just on this and Revelations. Yeaaaaahhh!!
Thanks, I used a Marshall Lead 12 (the red amp you see in the video that's behind me), into two 10" Celestion Greenbacks. The gain on the amp was around 9, all the tone about noon, treble one o clock position. The guitar has a Seymour Duncan Antiquity p/up in it, and the combination of that with the Les Paul and everything else, my technique, etc... give that tone. I think the essential ingredients are the Greenbacks, the guitar, and those pickups, any marshall will do.
hey man can post a video of u playing master of puppets pplz thats one of my favorite songs i play guitar to iv been playing guitar for 7 years when i meet angus young he showed me alot on how to play i love acdc ooooooooooooooooh
This is one of my favourite RUclips videos. The performance at the beginning captures how awesome it feels to play this fantastic song.
