Nah it won't I eat lots of frost everyday and my throat never sore. My tongue yes. because I eat so much so fast so only side effects is a little tongue abuse and it also help to cleanse your Colon eat as much before bed and as much first thing in the morning you will be loose and and free.

if your freezer don't produce squeaky ice, you can try using a blender! Keep the blender alone in freezer for a few hours, blend the ice, transfer to a container and refreeze it ^^ 💙
