Loved seeing you ride with Selina, she was really in her element together with you. Appreciate how you take the viewer along the authentic farming life. Very interesting to learn and watch ❤
Hey! This was so good! I absolutely love fall so this was awesome! Also yes I get it with this cooler weather my horse has been a little extra energetic 😂❤🫶🏼
I really enjoy watching your channel. For such a young age you are doing amazing!!! Keep doing what you’re doing. Can’t wait for your next video. PS I’ve been watching your channel for awhile now and you just get better every time. Much love, Kim
Those kittens are SO cute! I wander where their mama was hiding them. Selena is a beauty! You are doing so well with her. Also, I love the thumbnail! It’s so pretty! 🫶
Hi I love your animals especially your black horse! You should do a class 101 on saddling your horse! I’m definitely not ready for cold weather ! Hope you have a awesome day!
I absolutely loved feeding horses when I was a farm hand, I did get bit in the rear end though at one point, scared the crap outta me 😂, your horses seem so chilled and relaxed
@@EvelynsFarmDiaries you should do a funny farm stories video, and just tell some ridiculous things that the animals have done, or just some fun stories that have happened to you.
Hi! The kittens are adorable! ❤ I want one of the orange ones! 😂 And Selena did so well on the ride! Do you have any tips for me to get my horse Pokey to go into a trot and lope when I lunge him? He just wants to walk in a circle! 😂 This was such a great video! -as usual! 🤭❤️🫶🏻
It can be frustrating when they don't know how to speed up on the lunge line 😅 When you want them to speed up really bring up your energy, use vocal cues, and if they still won't speed up, tap them with the lunge whip lightly. Once they do start trotting just a little bit release, lower your energy, and praise them. Every time you do it ask them to trot or lope longer and they should get the hang of it eventually. It's a process but I know you guys can do it! 😁 Hope this helps 🫶
Hey, i thought I'd return your kindness and give you some tips for Selina!🩵 you dont have to try them, of course, but they are here if you ever want to!💕 Have you tried feeding Selina alfalfa pellets? And if she's an older gal, you could feed beet pulp pellets too, to keep her digestive tract healthy and working. I feed My Mare Gypsy coconut oil in with her feed, too, as an extra source of protein, and it could help Selina with her choking problem. Also, and i know this sounds weird, but... slow feeder hay nets really help underweight horses gain weight! You can look up some studies on it if you'd like, but it's pretty cool!🤍 You've seen my horses now, of course 😂 and they are all on a weight gain journey as well 😅 But especially Gypsy, the bay paint coated mare i have, she's a hard keeper too, so i feel your pain there 🥹 I hope this helps! I just wanted to return your kindness.🤍🤍 New sub! 🎉🫶
Thank you! This is so helpful! She is 20 or 21 I think. I'll have to look at the papers. She's also got some thoroughbred in her which is why she has those withers and a slimmer build. Gypsy is super pretty too! How long ago did you get her?
@EvelynsFarmDiaries I just saw that you replied, I'm so sorry!😅 beginning of november will be 8 months of owning her.❤ Her previous owner told us that she was a gypsy vanner cross, (and she could have gypsy in her but if so, it's a VERY low percentage 😂) But she has all of the requirements to be registered as a spotted saddle horse, so that's what I call her😅 (although she has never been registered before, I might still registered her in the future) She does a steping pace, a saddle rack, a running walk, and a regular trot.. and a canter of course😅 And im glad my tips were helpful!🤍🫶🫶
@@CrazyPups_BearAndTrooper That's so nice! I was told Maggie was 50% Percheron but everyone (including me) thinks she's got less than that. I didn't get a picture of the sire or anything and apparently she never even saw the horse that her trainer had her horse bred to 🙄 We'll see how she fills out I guess 😅 Also, I'm excited to say that Selena is now at a really good weight!! Thanks for recommending the alfalfa pellets 🫶
so peaceful
That looks like a dream!

Thank you!! Usually the mamma cats hide them in the old barn. I thought that there might be some in there but didn't know for sure. Now I know!

Could you maybe do a video where you collect chicken eggs because i love watching those videos to see the pretty colors
Yeah! My brother does that but I can probably record it!

That’s pretty cool ….. Poppa asks if u have a better idea?
Not every parent will do that.
When we move animals we're a team. Instead of following him around we do it together!
not wanting to look at your vet bill is SO REAL - it's painful xD
also side note I love the free spirit equestrian bitless bridle! Once I get all the hay in I'm going to be saving for one of those myself!
Yep those vet bills are not fun 😭 The bridles are so pretty and Selena is responding to it very well!
I love your videos can you please do a morning routine if you can
Once we get into winter and there are more chores to do, I plan on doing one!

Did you guys end up keeping some puppies
No we didn't 🥲
