Todd got into trouble with that cosplay chick around the same time Vic got in trouble. The two were completely different situations but the cosplay chick took advantage of the Vic situation and screamed rape when it was consensual sex because the Vic story was getting more traction then the shit she got herself into with Todd.
So no Vic did not throw Todd under s bus it was just another bitch trying to make money off the #metoo "movement".
