sabito is easy, tank his water wheel, when he does the first move block it then dash away to recharge your block and block his m1's then i just aircombo him and repeat all that stuff

BRO I SPENT 5K ON THE QUEST THEN I ACEDENTILLY ABANDONED IT THEN I FINNALY GOT IT SO I USED THE CODES I THOUGHT IT WOULD GIVE U A POTION FOR RESETING YOPUR BREATHING THEN I USED IT AND LOST IT AGAIN
The best to do that is approach him and guard his melee attacks and attack him with just 4 slashes instead of 5 slashes because if u do 5 slashes he will knock away and use his breathing which is not easy to handle so guard, hit him 4 slashes and then guard and hit him again with 4 slashes. If u do this in pattern u will eventually kill him. It worked on me and my level is only 12.
