Vlogging is just fine. That's how we "met" you and we do love to see your view on things/life. Best wishes for what's coming down the road, stay optimistic!:)
I hope you find work that fulfills and have the fall and winter you will enjoy. I understand what that unsettled feeling is like. (I'm in my 50s and ready to start new things...again!) I started following you for Italy content because of my obsession with Italy (I live in St. Louis and can't make the move to Italy yet), but I keep watching your channel for you, whether it's travel guides or day-in-the-life vlogs. You just have to find what makes *you* happy. xo
First, I would love to see your before and after house video. Most importantly, though, I have been a fan of your channel for the vlogging-type videos. I like the "day in a life" type content. I don't need tips on Rome as a traveler. I like the videos you shared that are a part of your real life, your mom visiting, getting together with Shea now and again, cooking something healthy, walking to off the beaten track parts of Rome rather than "how to score early tickets to the vatican museum" type of content. I like day trips, hearing about progress of your language journey (positives and negatives), shopping for every day itmes. I have always been drawn to your honesty, integrity, approachability, and every-person personality. I also enjoy seeing clips and examples of your photos, which are beautiful. I think the last thing you should do is be someone other than you. Your soft, gentle delivery, your candid revelations, your expression of doubts or disappointments as well as great successes and experiences is what makes you you. Do this for you (if you want to) and not for us. Sharing your life is not easy, and you don't owe us anything. I'm grateful for what you choose to share, and will be going forward.
Michael, thank you so much for taking the time to write this 💛 it was so touching to read and I'm screenshotting it so I can have a reminder next time I'm starting to doubt my videos. Really, you are so kind and it means so much to me. Thank you!
I love vlogs! I find it so interesting to see how people live around the world and it feels like your hanging out with a friend because they feel more personal too.
Your baby is adorable! Thank you for your honesty. Do what your heart leads you too.😊 Looking forward to you sharing your new adventures. I enjoy vlogs.😊
Living in one city for that would be draining. Would love to live in Italy one day but I would prefer Lago di Garda somewhere I think. Looking forward to some fall, thanksgiving, Christmas vlogs. Cheers
Change is just a sign of growth. 💛 Happy you talked about this and I loved that you filmed in the woods! That hike looked so beautiful, what a perfect day!!!
I've always enjoyed your videos, whether vlogs or otherwise. I'm happy for you that you are seeking a path that will make you feel more fulfilled. I'm going to be following your journey here and I can't wait to see what you'll do! Keep up the great work and let's keep in touch, xoxoxoxo.
Vlog! Vlog! Vlog! I read once (of all places, on a Starbucks cup) "No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care." I think for RUclips, a lot of the times, no one cares until they know YOU. Vlog. Do it.
Change is always good. Keep making videos and those people who tell you vlogging isn’t the way to go are wrong. Look at Sam Sulek. This guy recorded a daily vlog on a cheap cell phone just talking about his day and he blew up. He’s a bodybuilder and some People watched him for that, but most just watched him because he’s a likable guy.

ALL THE RENO UPDATES PLEASE! That's one of my favorite things to watch. I love your vlogs btw! Do you what you enjoy. :)

Thank you! hehe 💛🤗
You should definitely look into becoming a VA (Virtual Assistant) - lots of Americans doing this whilst working remotely (in the US or abroad)
