MJ do not stack them on top of each other . You will ruin the non stick coating. If you need to stack them keep the card board that fits them for protection. And do not use any metal utensils in them. Also split the water in half and use half coconut milk for your Puto. You will like it better.

Historically, people in the US would save the used bacon grease to cook in the future. Just have to strain out any food bits. Save it in a clean metal can if it is hot and put it in the refrgerator after it cools. Also, never throw bacon grease down the drain in your sink. It will build up in the pipes like how people get atherosclerosis. You should let it cool in the pan then scrape, or wipe it out with paper towel, into the trash can. Otherwise eventually it will block your drain pipes in the long run. Used bacon grease is great for frying eggs, veggies, or anything. It adds a ton of flavor but of course animal fat is terrible for your heart and arteries. My in-laws in PH love to stir fry veggies in used bacon grease and I think it is the best for frying eggs. When you walk around your house we see other houses back there. Who lives there? I thought once you mentioed mostly family around you. Are those your aunts uncles and cousins?
