66°F, climbing a hill in Tennessee. Mine just went up to 90%. I change my fuel filter when I change my oil every 25,000 miles. I hope nobody dumped anything into my fuel tank.
I had a fuel restrict issue on a 2023 T680 with only 22,500 miles on it running at almost 100% restrict at times. Changed the fuel filters and voila back down to 0 to 8% restrict.
Having same issue with my Peterbilt 2024. Just got new fuel filters in. I had issues starting after driving for 12 hrs in -17 celcius so I have a feeling it has to do with the weather and sensitive sensors but not 100% on that. Have you have any new info on this since posting the video?
@@Johnnie-s5. Yup, I was waiting to drive enough miles before posting an update but I drove about 5k miles now and in warmer climate and the problem is gone. No issues. Would be good to know where the ice build up is exactly but I doubt I will ever find out.
Does it’s happen only with temperature down or is there something I have to change I been change fuel filter in a row for 8 times and still same issues
I have the same issue on the new kt680 2022 digital gauge... When warm it goes down and cold it's in the 80's, changed filters, and the same issue a week later.. but also have a mechanical style gauge as well and that has remained normal 6-9 INHG.. So I'm thinking it must be the digital computer gauge itself or a sensor.

@@chfaisal4631. Maybe something with your tanks or pump. Did you check for debris in the tank? Or try to add water separator in your diesel.
The sensor it self could be defective
