after months of trying and trying, it finally worked straight away.
I was setting all 3 but I un clicked the other 2 and email, then I clicked email only and got the code to input and re loaded the game and it worked !!!

If anyone is on PC please copy and paste the instructions because not many people know how to do it. I did email authentication and I lost the email so always choose sms. Luckily I was able to change it as I was on ps4

I was trying to do mines for 1 year since season 5 or 4 and I typed the email I thought I typed the right email and I thought they were talking about Xbox or PlayStation email 🤦♂️.
Im very lucky and found out I could download outlook and all my Xbox emails were there especially the one from epic. There i enabled it
