@saultman You don't know what your talking about. Why don't you look up some champion armwrestler and see some of their strength feats. Cleve Dean for starters who was in the worlds strongest man. Oh and Magnus Samuelsson. Also a champion armwrestler. It takes years to build STRENGTH in your tendons and joints to become a good armwrestler. Bc you bench 455 doesn't mean you have functional strength.

You need Speed , Power, Endurance, Spirit and Technique.

What I meant to say is that from all european countries competing, the russian and the ukrainian arm wrestlers dominated the finals. So there will be no difference between european championships and an arm wrestling competition between russian and ukrainian athletes.
