@necktwister Hooking the wrist is a valid technique after the bout starts, but yeah I agree it seems unsporting. However, unless they introduce wearing metal splits to prevent the wrist from bending it will always happen
What I meant to say is that from all european countries competing, the russian and the ukrainian arm wrestlers dominated the finals. So there will be no difference between european championships and an arm wrestling competition between russian and ukrainian athletes.

my guess is she broke a bone but didnt want to just walk away from the championship but wanted to be beaten so she told her to be very easy with her and she will let her win.
@saultman You don't know what your talking about. Why don't you look up some champion armwrestler and see some of their strength feats. Cleve Dean for starters who was in the worlds strongest man. Oh and Magnus Samuelsson. Also a champion armwrestler. It takes years to build STRENGTH in your tendons and joints to become a good armwrestler. Bc you bench 455 doesn't mean you have functional strength.

First of all arm wrestling is a sport and if you know what that means( i hope) you must also know that in sport there are many criteria that are necessary as it is in arm wrestling. You need Speed , Power, Endurance, Spirit and Technique.
Lol this isnt right they can gain power but holding on the bar with the other hand its better for them to put there extra hand on the others elbow so neither elbow moves, not on bar so they can pull/push there body for more strength
