Maybe your new Car now allow to visit more unusual Places. The Roof Area could be used for something too, maybe a Balcony, an extendable Roof for the outdoor Kitchen, maybe a Storage like a Cabinet who can be pulled out to the right side then flipped down by 90° so you have enough easy reachable Storage. More easy would maybe a pull out Sled, similar to your Table, who can store Boxes under your Bed and can be pulled out of the Back Door of the Car.
