The Tech Sling 2 is one of my favorite bags of all time. I agree with your critiques and I think that it can't stand is a bit odd considering the robustness of the admin panel. (It seems like something built to be accessed regularly while next to you on a table at a coffee shop. The structure required though would probably make the bag too heavy. however.) I must say I am somewhat disappointed by the updated bag. It appears to deliver on upgraded internal materials, but I miss the separate laptop compartment and the fiixed strap. I'll probably purchase it anyway but only when I get over my disappointment. :) Thanks for reviewing a great bag!
Love this comment ☺️. Yes if it was able to stand on its own all the time it would probably be less comfortable to wear, especially over time. I love bags that stand on their own tho!!
