Interesting! I use Google Fiber and am having the same issue (just started yesterday afternoon). I just called and an automated message said something like "we're aware of a service issue impacting certain gaming consoles and are working on a solution". It's possible Google and Fiber One share some infastructure, so maybe the same thing is affecting us both.
