I was 11 when this happened and it terrified me at the time. I was afraid the person would get me. I've lived in St. Louis all my life. I've never forgotten her in all these years, especially since she was around my age. I never give up hope that she will be identified.

Have you tried getting help from the Dna Doe Project? They seem to be able to crack the really hard cases.
