This guy is exactly right. I studied SC strategy for many years, and only the highest level players would send out a small attack force whilst under siege, and then call that attack force back once the enemy is forced to use resources to respond to it. It is a much better cost to effect ratio to do it that way than to not most of the time. Of course if the taken area isn't being attempted to be retaken by the enemy, the it's a low cost and worthwhile to keep it. You just have to react to what gets you the most done for the least cost at all times. If it's effective, keep going. If it gets bogged down and costly, change course.
Good comment, i would like to add, Ukraine is very good at doing a slow, fighting retreat under pressure, causing big losses for the other side. So that is also an option.

Yesterday there were videos (Ruzzian Telegram channels) of Ruzzian soldiers being packed onto trains and moved from the East front into Kursk. So, it's not a question of IF they will bite the bait, but of how much they will bite. The entire video is a waste of time, as it operates on several days old info... For example, yesterday they hit 2 bridges in Kursk with small fire. No mention to that. Just now, they have just hit hard onto one of the bridges in Kursk taking it down. By the time that gets evaluated into DW it will be old.
