To make matters worse, the Japanese tourist confronted Griswold in the casino lobby (related to the vomit on the pants), and threw a karate style roundhouse kick to Griswold's head, knocking him completely out in front of other patrons. Griswold had a bleeding nose that would not cease as he is on blood thinners for his A-Fib problem he currently encounters. He lost approximately 500 ml of blood and had a subsequent replacement of plasma at the hospital. It was a disastrous night for Griswold. He didnt win anything and wound up in hospital. Lesson: avoid the potato salad at the buffet in the casino.
