    There was a company that made OHC heads for these.
    That must have made them outrun their brakes...😃

    Lol..some of them are so low they scrape the sills going around corners.

    This was from an era where significant modifications such as big wheels and flared bodywork started to creep in. Not so sure most of them were actually improved as far as historic racing goes. Some look fairly well butchered.

    They’re just not right. Raised hoods, bumped out guards and silly wheels , not what it used to be.
