talking about the best "most damage" item you could have gotten instead of cosmic drive, would be riftmaker.
the % damage increase works on your passive plus gives ability haste.
kinda underrated item on ap twitch.
late game riftmaker literally gives more damage than a 25 stacked mejai, test yourself
