Never played these type of games before. I'm 2 hours into my first play through and it's like watching a good movie while playing a game. Story has got me hooked so far.

The only thing I dont like about this series is how they chose to do the cover system. I'm not sure about 2 and 3 but I feel like they could have had a button to quickly go to cover and not have to push the analog stick forward to use cover. They should have used the a button or the x button depending on system you play, have the right analog stick to crouch and the left analog stick to sprint. Other than that it's a good game series.
They won't. Modern day Bioware is full of women forcing feminism and politics towards their audience. It got so bad they abandoned future updates for Mass Effect Andromeda and SWTOR. EA won't revive the franchise because many people today expect a Roleplaying game to be of Baldur's Gate 3 quality. And that costs both money and effort to make. Effort that EA does not want to put into their games.
Since it's quite dependent on interactive text to lean about the world and the story, it's too bad that you didn't push the 'Investigate' section in order to learn more

My issue with this game is it’s such a big world. At times they’re very vague when it comes to telling you what you need to do and where to go next so half my time is spent going on RUclips looking at walkthroughs trying to figure out what to do next. It’s frustrating and disrupts the flow of the game for me.

I kinda like this game but am stuck. How do u travel to other areas. I keep going from the C-Sec to presidium areas and I need to get to the Hydra. I am only an hour or so into the game. I hacked the terminal telling me where to go but I can’t get out of the area Grrrr 😀

The red options are unlocked by leveling your intimidation skill and choosing renegade dialogue options. The upper dialogue was black because he didn't have enough charm/paragon points.
Ty for using default shepard - unsure why people play these games online and create a character that never looks as good as default male/female same with dark souls, people make the ugliest char, it's why i don't watch - so again, thank you for having the normal version - so when i pop over to watch a scene instead of just listening, i don't see something bizarre lol

is the at 60fps framerate-performance mode cause it looks pretty smooth on my PS4 Pro run like hell stutter, screen tearing and many others report thr same thing hell its the same on my PS5 only quality mode run smooth on PS5 and on PS4 Pro but its only 30fps on PS4 Pro with frame drops here and there which is crazy 14 years old game

I don't know about post game but I think side quests are optional and they have no effect on ending of the game.
