      No. You 🇬🇧 have
      1) to meet the 50% of the accession criteria that you fail to meet to date. Good luck with that.
      2) to convince the EU27(+ by 2070 onwards) that they should give up on huge economic gains in exchange for absolutely nothing but having back a disruptive, tantrum throwing diva. Even better luck with that.
      Well, you have half a century minimum to thoroughly think both points through.

    Thanks for the balanced views. It's important for the UK to internalise that Brexit means Brexit and move from there onward.

    Talking amoungst yourself won't get you any smarter about Europe. One can only assume thing as long as you don't confront what you think with an EU insider. This is only wishfull thinking without any serious and credible base.

      They have to talk among themselves - nobody here 🇪🇺 give a flying about them, let alone waste time talking to them, as this means educating them on all those basics that even those self-declared 'experts' get wrong. In Germany, any given 15 years old 10th grader is educated on those facts, it's standard curriculum.
