Panasonic control panel replacement

In this video I'll be showing you how to fix a Panasonic microwave oven control panel that not working. the key numbers from 1-10 working but not the start button. in a case like this the best thing to do is replace the control panel.

Great tutorial. On my very similar Panasonic, you have to remove the ground screw near the control board as well to remove the front keypad.

Yes and don't forget to put back the round screw.

I have a Panasonic NN-SN966S - it's four years old. It started beeping, and now the control panel lights up but none of the panel buttons work except for the stop button. Is this a control panel failure or a circuit board failure? I had been using this microwave for fairly long runs, about 8-12 minutes long.

Ok. You can't tell if the keypad or the circuit board gone. Well mostly likely is the keypad gone. If that don't work then you need to change the circuit board to.
