I love the wrought iron on the stairways. Truly Mediterranean. The roof, the tiles. The downsides are the tiles on the driveway in front of the house, which doesn’t have that Mediterranean look at all. The kitchen doesn’t have the Mediterranean look at all. Zero. Why the deviation? And the glass partition in the bathroom shower could’ve been a tiled half wall. The bedrooms, is that Asian all of a sudden?

For $3.2M USD this house is not worth it. The exterior is beautiful but the interior is dated. Would have to spend additional money to upgrade the interior. Would rather move to Ayala Westgrove Heights.

PH is paradise on earth for rich Filipinos only & not the ideal country for foreigners to settle foreigners in PH can't own properties & can only own 40% of any PH business if the main Fil. owner allows it foreigners obtain PH citizenship if born & raised in PH like the prominent Spanish Ayala family which is not the case of expat newcomers
