F# chord as a secondary dominant to D Key (V/vi). Various chord progression can be used. I would like to try another chord progression/ different ideas in this time. Maybe it’s sound not good as original.😢 The diatonic chord progression for entire song should be: D A Bm G or D F#m Bm G Also, chord progression with bass line : D A/C# Bm G

I think Tom isn't playing the actual chords in the video if you're basing it on his hand position. As strange as that sounds. It's D, D/C#, B5, G5.
