Bought 4 copies and LB+/super evolved him, but refuse to spend 30k rumble tickets and red posters on him.
Even ace is crying at your loss of materials, but overall this guy is really fun to use
and it's kinda funny how his special takes out 95% of your HP... cause he's dying

They could have selected an Ace art that personifies him. Like how he leapt up from the sea behind Luffy at Alabasta arc and squat right on the ledge of the Going Merry to announce his entrance.

We WANT that but tbh this is his best personification. Willing to die for those that loved him.
You actually get the 3 turn guaranteed conditional from his base 6+ form. The stacking buff kicks in at lvl 3. Lvl 5 only gets you the orb change and extends the stacking buff to 3 turns.
The base special is good enough, so I'd say purchasing one copy plus the skulls is all you need.
I personally went to level 3 via copies and LLb posters to experiment with the stacking buff.
cmon the best part about him is double conditional you absolutely want the lvl3
Didn't even realize you have to LLB him. Regardless, I won't be able to max him out for months anyway. I have like 2k Rumble tickets
Maxing this guy just feels impossible
It's not worth it overall, defs better to do it over time.
I'm really Close to 1000 medals again, but I just can't justify spending them all on one copy. I bought all the others so I'll just wait if I have to use red posters I guess I will.

this is absolutely not for the 2 weeks old player like me 😂 i did have all the rate boosted character for PKA + new yamato, but i barely upgrading yamato let alone limit break all of them..
I think you are too new and you dint know what the rate boosted characters are, because you saying that you have all of them + new yamato, when precisely new yamato is one of the rate boosted ones, just proves you don't know what you're talking about.
I guess he means the big Point Booster for pka (the current batch)
