I made this last night. Living in a high altitude requires a longer cook time, both for boiling the water (192°F is the highest temperature that water will boil where I live) and cooking the cream. Regardless of that, the end result is sensational!
Have they ever used canola oil as a substitute for olive oil?
You really can’t trust your eggs if you get at supermarket. I would never do this although it looks delicious!
