  • I never had the intention to open my own restaurant, so how did I go from that point to throwing an opening party Bad Boy Bangers, my first little restaurant in Shanghai in the space of 6 weeks? Well, that the story I'll be telling today.
    So season 1.5 is upon me and it's all about sharing stories from the time between my first channel upload until now. Most of that time has been spent in China trying to set up a sausage empire consequently most stories will revolve around that theme. In today's episode I discuss how I found myself in a situation where I had to basically design and build my first small restaurant in the space of 6 weeks. This included getting staff, designing menus, finding suppliers, basically everything!

    Hi man, thanks for the video. I'm thinking of opening a small franchised business in China (I think I'm blacklisted lol but I am able to open a business there from UK)

      It's not an easy place but if you can get a good partner that you trust is worth giving it a go
