But what even is ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and is the feeling characterized as a calming or relaxing tingling sensation felt in the head, scalp, back and other parts of the body in response to visual, auditory, cognitive, or any other kind of stimuli, such as whispering, reading, tapping, or hand movements. M. Price's personal favorite trigger is cutting hair (I don't know, you tell me).
ASMR videos are meant to induce ASMR "tingles," as well as to provide a soothing experience to relieve or treat anxiety, stress, insomnia, PTSD, or depression. They can also be used for ambience, white noise, or something to study or wind down to.

I chuckled when you mentioned that you're a chef in a video on Machiavelli - simply for the reason that "Chef" means "boss" (the secular term for a principe in a way) in my native language.
