Hi I already own the mic system but I did not realise I could add 2 mics by using the AX100 as well. I have now ordered the AX100. I have also ordered an hand held mic for interviews and an xlr to xlr mini cable for the wireless system. Great vdeo, thank you for explaining. I really enjoyed. You have earned yourself another subscriber Stew :))
I'm experiencing a bit of technical difficulty, and hoping you may help. While using both transmitters and receivers, I'm only getting sound from one subject. Both devices are connected the same way, yet I get nothing but static from one, and pretty good sound from the other. Do you have any suggestions as to what I may try? Thank you!
Are you using the WM4C? Please make sure the two kits of WM4C are in different channel. You can also monitor the audio of each WM4C via the headphone jack on the receiver.
I think that if there is a way that there will be a knob on each transmitter to adjust level. If not then you could have a preamp between each mic and its transmitter to be able to adjust levels. Does your transmitters have a 48V switch for phantom power? If not then you will need a preamp for mics that need phantom power. Read the manual and find videos about your specific product.
It is about the audio. It has nothing to do with how vidéo is captured. It's a good idea to watch some videos that explain audio concepts. Understanding basic audio will help greatly to help you to decide what gear to buy. You will know what you need and understand features of different gear. A lot of photographers just want to take pictures and video without learning basic stuff. Take the time. It will pay off a lot and you will feel good that you understand Instead of just memorizing things.

Can the AX-100 works with my dynamic mic with xlr to 3.5mm?
When recording through two devices in separate inputs, does it record as stereo or mono. Will I be able to choose between the two mics in post?

Thank you, I was using the same channel for both devices. Works great now!
I have the Saramonic two wireless transmitters and one receiver system. Is there a way to adjust the different transmitters individually?

Is it possible to attach a shotgun mic to the system as well? In other words, both lavs plus a shotgun
Yes, you could try it
Does the microphone need to have power in order for it to work?
Is the sarmonic SR WM4C compatible with the Canon Vixia HR 52?
Sure it is
Can it works for nikon 1 S2 mirrorless digital camera?
If the Nikon 1 S2 has the 3.5mm microphone input, it should be compatible.
