Quad-comm: Cassandra Ong's transfer to women's correctional based on House rules, law

The controversial Cassandra Ong’s transfer from the House of Representatives detention center to the Correctional Institute for Women (CIW) in Mandaluyong City is in accordance with the law.
Thus, said the co-chairmen of the House quad-committee, which ordered the transfer after Ong was cited for contempt for the third time after she allegedly refused to tell the truth in the hearings.

Tao pa bang maituturing ang nasa Quad Comm. Kapag ayaw nila ng sagot contempt kaagad at sa bilibid pa ipakukulong. Parang mga devil sa lupa ,Laging tinatakot ang mga resource person.

Is the Quadcom committee replacing our courts right now? Can they determine the guilt of the resource persons without due process of law. Most of these people are not represented by counsel. This is clearly grave abuse of discretion and encroaching upon the prerogative of the courts. This is not within the jurisdiction of Congress which is basically lawmaking. If it is aid of legislation, what law are they trying to enact? Will somebody there stand up against this Quadcom. Correctional Facility for Women are for convicts and not people held in contempt by legislature. They have clearly overused and abused the power of contempt more than the judiciary. Is our judiciary a tool of oppression for the Filipino people now?
