I think it's because they weren't investing a lot in performing in Japan. They still had their bigger concerts lined up (Daegu, Taiwan, HK) and they had spent only about a week in Japan promoting the release of the Japanese edition of 4colors. They had two shows at smaller venues, and it might've been a combination of time constraints, and not wanting to spend a lot of money promoting in Japan. I agree that they should look into doing a dome-level performance at some point though
@@TQM Japan is a big market, it brings in a lot of money, if they do it well, it'll be good for the girls and the company, rbw marketing department is just the worst, the girls are getting so popular that they can sell out a 15k capacity in Korea or 10k overseas but it'll rather use a 3k or 4k capacity, we the fans r so frustrated because other fandoms make fun of us for it, let's see if they dare not give a world tour in 2020, it's been almost 6yrs and they've only performed in Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea for concerts, when our album and songs r charting number 1 in 18 countries including Europe, u can see how frustrated I am with my long reply
