✅✅Ouzi rice💕💕
Rice:
Rice 750 gm soaked for 30 minutes
Saffron soaked in water
1/2 Arabic black lemon
Beef stock:
Beef big chunk 350 gm
3 tabsp whole spices( fennel, coriander, cumin seeds, cardamom green, cardamom black, 2 cinnamon stick, peppercorns, 2-3 cloves)
1 bay leaf
1 teasp Garam masala
1 teasp Salt
1 teasp pepper
1 inch ginger piece
5 cloves garlic
Chilli flakes optional
Mince:
Qeema 1 kg
2 large onion
2 tabsp tomato paste
1 tabsp Ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
1 tablespoon Coriander powder
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
Glaze:
2 tabsp oil
1 tabsp Saffron water
1/4 teaspoon each ( salt, red chilli powder , coriander powder, garam masal, chat masala, turmeric, black pepper)
Channa masala:
1 cup boiled chickpeas
1 small onion
1 teasp tomato paste ( optional)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/2 Arabic black lemon
Garnish:
1/2 cup Fried nuts
Boiled Eggs
