It being crowded leads to a HIGHER likelihood that someone would run into you because both parties ARE MORE LIKELY to be there. According to local police, Suge and Pac's car was cited for making too much noise and causing a distraction cuz they were playing music loudly and causing a commotion in traffic. Even a car with a couple of random chicks noticed Pac and hollared at him right before the shooting so how would Baby Lane and them NOT notice him if they were out there looking for him?
