@TheKnock-OnEffect gotta say, as a leinster fan it was a really sad sight seeing Munster so poor, I'm not sure if there's been such a winning margin in Thomand park before, never seen Munster in this bad a way, there's serious problems and it's only getting worse with the weak options for younger players, financial problems in the province (I.e. debt on thomand park) and ignoring arguably the larger fan base in Cork. Ireland and even Leinster improve with a strong Munster so I hope the powers that be heed this dire situation
There is definitely some serious work to be done, no doubt about it. That being said when I checked a month or so ago, Connacht had 6 injuries, ulster had 9, Leinster had 11 and Munster had 17. That can’t be overlooked.
@@DoctorSambo27 certainly a poor performance from Munster but need to factor in all the missing players including our 2 first choice half backs. Also, while Cork does have a bigger population, it doesn't have a bigger rugby population
As a Connacht fan we are so cooked. 13th in the table and I’ve seen a better defensive effort from Poland in 1939 then this team currently. Fardys got to go
As another connacht fan we had a amazing performance against Lyon but we can completely forget about doing anything in the urc this season the epcr should be our main focus
The chat around Sam and Jack is pathetic rather than embrace the fact that after 15 years of one dominant 10 we now have 2 top class test proven fly's and more importantly BOTH totally different, one is a dynamic off the cuff player and the other an excellence of execution machine. The benefits this gives to a head coach is phenomenal, personally I think Sam will get the nod v England but could very easily be benched for the next game v Scotland as both are totally different games. One mechanical the other open and fluid so both perfectly suited to each of the 10's abilities and strengths. Going forward I'd love to see both Sam and Jack rotated so come 2027 we have depth there Frowley may have had a bad 15 min against the AB's but so did quite a few others. Having a backup utility player to fill/slot in with Sam and Jack means come 2027 Ireland will have options and that is all that matters at this point.
People are quick to forget Andy played Sexton to death in that WC because he didn’t feel he had a 10 who was ready to replace him. It ultimately cost us. He clearly wants to ensure he has 2 top class 10s going forward. In every other position, people are crying out for depth and having a solid replacement to come on is a positive thing. No reason it can’t be the same for our 10s.
@@Cpchurch87 it has to be the case depth is only relative IF in ALL positions we're lacking in props but other than that the depth that is there or coming through is insane compared to past times heck I remember awhen Best was retiring and Fla was injured that we were worrying about hookers now we have arguably more depth there than any test nation, Sheehan, Kelleher, Gus and with Herring still up to it and the young lads like Stewart/McCormick at Ulster the cover is there. But the moaning and bitching on Sam/Jack needs to stop both are class and both add to Ireland.
@joelyons886 @Cpchurch87 I agree that there needs to be depth but to play devils advocate, the suggestion is that outhalf is unlike the other positions on the pitch and to constantly be rotating your 1st choice 10 would cause a lack of cohesion in the backline and affect their state of mind from the tee. The 2 roles in the team where you'd benefit from seeing the least rotation would be outhalf and your captain. If its any consolation, bar the fact that both Crowley & Prendergast obviously want as much gametime as possible, they will be blocking out all the noise from the media. That being said, I can see this "battle for the 10 spot" being heavily focused on for foreseeable!
@TheKnock-OnEffect yeah, that's a very fair point. I would like to see JC take the reigns for England and France (having earned it) and then give SP Italy and Wales. Scotland most likely JC. Either way, we need two solids 10s so we should be celebrating. As for the media nonsense, the less said about their hype trains the better!
You said Munsters season has been fluctuating - that requires ups 😂
Woah woah, no room for those kind of facts here 😂
No video on Munster v Leinster wonder why? 😂😂😂😂😂
Oh did they play recently? Must have missed that one 👀😂

@@TheKnock-OnEffect that's another issue, Munster seems to always have injuries, must be a problem with S and C

Happy new year! Nothing to kickoff the first week back like some good ole champions cup
Same to you pal! Feels like there hasn’t been any rugby in ages!

Great vidie whats the intro music
Cheers pal! It’s not a song if that’s what your asking, just some stock background music 👌
Leinster or Toulouse are the best club team in the NH?
Depends on the day I reckon! Both fantastic!
that's why we have a tournament every year
WhatvI learned this last few months is Ireland would be absolutely fucked without Leinster
genius stuff
They are provinces not clubs. The clubs are your garryowen, cork con, Clontarf etc.
