I purchased one 9/17/2024 and I also have the fire stick 4k max and I’ll tell you this, if the rumors are true that Amazon is going to release Vega and it’s going to get rid of sideloading, it’s gonna be the death of the fire stick. I will buy android boxes from now on.
At least with Google's Android you don't have to worry about side loading not being an option. How are you liking the new box, if you had a chance to get it set up yet?
Aeriel Dream can be installed, however it looks like Google doesn't make it play nice with the current system.There is also the Aerial Views app in the Play Store. It looks like the developer may be able to help get it working if there are any issues getting it to work.
Another RUclipsr posted a vid of a 4 digit number under the long bar code to indicate the Free TV button remote. If it’s 2408 or 2410 you get Free TV remote. My device has 2405 which is w/o Free TV remote.
Thanks for mentioning this. We did hear something about this or the UPC code but this may soon be corrected in the near future. This could also be why there was a little bit of a delay with inventory because of the remote issue, but we're not sure. They may have had to make more regular remotes after they ran out of blue buttons 😂

2408 is the non-backlit remote without the live tv button according to aftvnews. Need 2409 or higher if you want the backlit remote with live tv button.
Are you picking up the ONN 4K Pro device or skipping this due to cost...etc?
I can confirm it is the best Google TV streaming box right now. Fast. Video quality is awesome!
