This does look amazing and so doable! I noticed at 1:56 (or so) you wrote “or”. I just saw that on another of your videos and I’m wondering, could you possibly mean “and don’t forget these!” Or something of the sort? I could be wrong (and often am!) but “or” seems to imply “this thing OR that thing” not usually both thing’s together. I am by no means an English scholar LOL just thought it might help
Your repertoire and recipes.... amazing and so delicious. Thank you ! And please give Dozer baby a huge hug from me 🥰

The OR refers to choosing to grill on a hibachi OR a bbq grill plate
Mum. Yum.
Was there any reason you didn't use sake in the tare or is it just a preference?
Wouldn’t far less sauce suffice?
I wish I were your child. Yum.
Shouldn’t we marinate the chicken over night? That’s what i was told when i was in Japan!
If you marinade before grilling over flame the sugar in the marinade will cause flare ups and make it very difficult to cook your chicken evenly.
maybe only in cooking wine :)
Wahh
