I refer to them as linchpins. They are used the hold attachments through the attachment pins onto the 3 point hitch on tractors. The flip ring makes them easier to remove and install in most applications.

Accumulations of swarf and debris. Building unsafe - obvious cracked walls. To sum up: hazards to life and limb everywhere.

Если вы разбирали какой нибудь станок или хотя бы мотоцикл, то вы с ним сталкивались. Они даже используются в тренажерных залах, с помощью них фиксируется груз в тренажере.
