It matters having somebody up top that has a brain and a good personality. Thanks for watching!
He gets a thumbs up from me just for being able to stand WITH A SMILE (even though it looks like underneath the smile he was clinching them very hard)for that long. He so wanted to be done!!!
Noticed that too, lol. The camera can burn sometimes.
I can’t praise a cop for 100 years then I will see about it
This was excellent. You're easily one of my favourite Auditors. Great work, Kent. Keep it up.
Thank you, I will. Smash that share button in the mean time. I lost 15k views on the East Saint Louis video. If you haven't seen that one check it out. Miss attitude guarding the front door.
@@CitizenStandpointNews I'm in Greece, from Scotland and if I had a following in the US, I would share. Thing is, is that online I'm anonymous. Thus a share would be pointless. I still love what you do, regardless.
Oh well, I still appreciate the view and comments!
Mine 2 and I just found him . He is so interesting 🧐
That was so awesome when you stood up for yourself and told the employee you weren't going to shut the camera off and of course the high paid employee treated you like a second class citizen! Good for you to expose this garbage.
This is why we need to take guns away from cops.
Thanks for watching!
Great interaction. TY
welcome
Outstanding audit, I like your style. Thank you for your service! 👊🏽🙏🏽✌🏽

Looking forward to seeing whatever happened here in Missouri!
It's coming...
Isn't it sad when law enforcement officers are as ignorant to comprehending the law as postal workers?
It can be depressing at times. I think this officer realizes now.
Finally watched this video to the end. I think both of these men of law enforcement did the best with what they had to work with.
They are finally starting to get with the program. This is a small town in Southern Illinois. That is one of the friendliest chief's of police I've met.
Poster 7 clearly states that "other authorized personnel" and "security forces" can limit the availability of those areas.
Have you taken the time to read the rest of the laws regarding the matter yet?
@@CitizenStandpointNews why when you read the section to the cop do you stop before you get to that part about who can prohibit you from filming? If your goal is to educate, not irritate, it's your responsibility to present the full case for the record, not just selected parts.
Have you taken the time to read the rest of the laws regarding the matter yet?
the only time you need permission is in the secure area of the post which would be the mail sorting part
Then why add the VERY last line referring to needing permission from the local Postmaster for other photos? Meaning no permission is needed for the types listed above?
Not to mention DHS and SCOTUS over ruling the policy in the first place, meaning it simply does not matter what the policy sign says.
Thank you nice work!
More on the way! I have several Robert's as subscribers and I'm not sure if you're one of them. Smash that button if you aren't!
I've seen over 15,000 1st Amendment videos and have realized one thing about people who think that they have ANY power,
Holding a Camera = You need Help.
That is the truth, but when you actually need their help they don't have the time and ignore you.

15,000? Don't lie.
@@olliebeak131 over the past 3 years, that's an average of 13.69 per day, I follow over 70 auditors, so yes, at least 15,000.
Totally possible. I've been watching them over 8 years now and that's a very plausible number. Exposure is the best solution!
How absolutely brilliant & pleasing is this video; perfectly presented & handled by a master journalist &
reasonably played by a surprisingly good police chief (which isn't easy to admit). The cop was on the verge
of tripping over his ego, yet the postmaster herself - let the entire show down - *FAILURE* at every step.
Check out the East Saint Louis video if you haven't already.
@@CitizenStandpointNews Hey there CSN. If you'd like to share your email,
I'd like to send an email or two your way. to explain one or two things. Up to you.
I think the good officer is wondering what the SCOUS is. He seems to be open to education. Great job.
The police chief knows what SCOTUS is. He had seen a few of my videos before so he knew what was going on.
This town should be very proud. They have a great police chief. One of the most professional with great attitude toward the public that I have seen on all videos. They are lucky to have him.
Well done, love hearing that you follow up. Look forward to seeing your investigation into patrol vehicles use/misuse. 👍
It's a few months off yet, but I'm getting some decent information and new leads.
Love the way you deal with the uneducated...Classy!!!!
I may have talked too much in this one... silent audits incoming.
Another awesome video bro 👍
Keep doing it the right way 🇺🇸
Thanks 👍 Smash that share button. More subscribers = more audits!
This is why the US is the laughing stock of the world morons like this frauditor
I really enjoyed listening to you talk to the chief of police at the Carlyle post office. Great job as always.
You're welcome. I probably talked too much and I will change that in future audits.
How comfortable was the cop? OMG hilarious. Incredible job.
Cop was getting a little nervous when I started talking "business". What did you think of their reaction to the cost of the attorney?
Thanx for what you do Patriot.
You bet!

Regarding poster 7, I would like to explicitly state that I find your posts to be useful NEWS, real NEWS, relevant NEWS, on par with the mainstream media, yet more aligned with my interest in individual rights and government accountability.
Thanks for the NEWS.
Peace.
I love to hear comments like this. I learned a lot about government news through audit videos. They truly are valuable to informing the public of what is really going on. Mostly uncut and raw information.
If she asks you to leave you gotta leave If she asks you to leave you gotta leave If she asks you to leave you gotta leave
Turns out to not be true.
I often wonder if people just walk in and say "I wanna be a postmaster!" And they say "Here's your name badge!" Rules and regs governing conduct on postal property? One would think poster 7 would be a big part of their training. Strange how many don't even know what it is or that it's hanging g in their post office.
This is one of many reasons why these audits are vital to this country. I'm getting bored of doing post offices.
Setting aside the unlawful orders, what ever happened to civil professional behavior? Shame on that Postmaster.
I still find it incredible that after hundreds of auditions at post officers that they still havent to told all post officers its ok to film!!!
they need their first responder racquet to last as long as they can for their first responder bullshit where they portray that they are doing a good job but really they are giving out your information, working with local police to conspire against your rights and actively not trying hard.
I assume they just don't talk to each other.
I've been watching about 8 years.

What rules!?! Thanks for watching :)
Great audit. 🤝👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Would the chief go to the next county over and set up a DUI or speed trap? JURISDICTION, they have no regard for it OR our rights.
I don't think this specific chief would be so foolish.
The stupidity runs rampant, I don’t know how these people stay employed, it’s shameful, disrespectful, outrageous behavior
As long as YOU are conducting business you can be there. Why people get so nervous around a camera is a mystery. The cc machine doesn't show ANY INFORMATION. The postmaster general must be so proud of these unprofessional employees.
Apparently they had received an email a couple weeks before telling them that it's allowed. SMH

Thanks for the clarity.
Those who can’t......work for the Government.
That's a good slogan. Maybe they will put that in the employment contract.

the clerk was borderline when you started explaining..I would have told here you would put camera if she came out to read poster 7
It was a reasonable explanation and an unreasonable response. Thanks for watching!
No. Postal employees signed a contract that says employees of the Post Office may not take pictures in the Post Office.
Poster 7 is the rules of behavior on Post Office property. It allows citizens to film/record on Post Office property.. except for employees.
I thought she said that he could leave if he wanted to 🤷♀️

You don't have to leave if they ask you to leave, that only applies to "private" business. Public access, and public spaces don't apply. Now if you are being disorderly in there, or causing a disturbance, they have a right to ask you to leave, but what you are doing does not constitute as disorderly.

Thanks. There wasn't too much drama on this one. I may have spoke too much. I'm looking forward to some silent audits.
@@CitizenStandpointNews You didn't speak to much on this one I thought as you gauged where they were at, some other ones that you gauged as " Assolistic " pricks you do limited communication, so I think you have it sorted and I'm not pissin in your pocket just stating facts as I see them in my opinion.
Once again ol mate well done!
Also keep in mind if USA cops continue to oppress and think they can do what ever they want it will filter it's way down under.
