This needs to become a bigger yearly contest. definitely wanna see it become a big event for the macba scene on the same scale and recognition as BATB. i think due to being able to skate anything on the plaza grounds it might work better with more letters. M.A.C.B.A.L.I.F.E 10 letters ;)

this is a rad contest and i hope to see more. they really should get 2 attempts on defense though like the slides and grinds contest, given the extreme technicality of many of the tricks and u can tell sometimes the dude on defense is trying the trick for the first time cause it never occurred to them to do an alley oop nollie front 180 fakie 5oh to regs LMAO give em 2 tries.

This bonk thing needs to stop, there should be a rule where anything sliding/grinding less than 1 meter does not count. I just hate it when there is a 80 ft ledge or rail and skaters hit the last 5 cm of it and call it a grind/slide. It is not, as tough as it is, you're basically just landing on the top of it and immediatly falling off.
Because both tricks if you wanted to slide a decent distance would require you to transfer alleyop over the ledge! It is possible but you never see anyone do them like a nose grind or even blunt slides - just because you don’t grind/slide a decent distance also doesn’t mean the trick doesn’t count...
