Great idea! I love this! On the Travel Envelope I would leave the side on and just grunge it up and maybe tatter it a little to make it match the envelope more.
Good morning. Using what you have isn't cheating. I love how you used your leftover windows. For the one you can't decide about. I'd dold it, grunge it more, slip it over a page as flip out and glue it down as a tuck or pocket. I love how you left that part attached. Waste not, want not. Happy creating.
Hi Christy. Love this. Puts previous elements together. I’ve just bought a sewing machine so I’m going to be able to sew around things😀 not sure how good I’ll be. My memory from childhood is that I wasn’t very good at staying straight!!🤣.Ah well lots of practice required

Love love these!!!! You’re def the queen of grunge that looks so pretty with all the layering that make it look hard to do but easy once we follow you! Tfs!!! PS: using dollar tree double sided tape is great for gluing around windows in the envelopes as well as specimen cards cut out. I use only bearly arts glue in my crafting bcoz it works on vellum very well and it’s shipped all through the year . I use glue stick to save my pricey bearly arts glue too.
@rkug777 I didn't think about the dollar tree double sided,, thank you!! I'll get me some. I didn't care for the bearly arts, not sure why. I have the glitter glue on auto ship, so I usually have enough to make it through the winter. My friend uses reptile glue. I like it too, but it's more expensive, and I don't see a difference to justify the cost. Tyfs😊💖💕
On the one with the extra flap, fold it to the back and make it into a side pocket on back! These are so pretty! I need to make some of these! And, if anyone gets upset because you occasionally reach across the table, they are a complete waste of oxygen, and they should reevaluate their existence. ❤

Also, it's not cheating, lol, I try to make a bunch of "generic" ones so they're ready to add to for whatever journal I want to put them in, so yep, re-doing, it works. 🥴

I needed this video when i was searching lol! Its only self explanitory when you know what you are doing woman. Although i might not have found this because I wouldn't have known to search for writing spot and envelope. I hadn't learned that term yet.

Christy, how did you make the lined paper behind the tim Holtz man? it is so very interesting. I really like this project the travel lady and the edge of travel,paper are great. Can you pace the fold of the postal side in toward the lady and glue it onto the opposite page and in the signature seam. So it folds or flaps off the signature center? The Washi tape idea and sanding it was grand..
Thank you! On the Timmy guy, that's just the scrapbook paper, I tea dyed, but nothing else. The sanding idea was from Gayle. Isn't that awesome! I'm going to have to make more things like that. Makes me love washi, and I have lots that needs used😊💗💕💖
