At the Top

How do they cut down the palm tree branches? Sitting on the grass at Kapalua Beach waiting for a swim, I looked up and saw these men shimmying up and down the tree, cutting branches and switching over to the next tree. $26 dollars an hour for this job. I'm sure there are openings.
