Tony Succar is my idol!!! He changed the way Latin music can be played. I'm a singer myself (from Brazil), and I always loved to mix rhythms, singing songs from all over the world, including (and mainly) Latin music. When I heard Tony playing with his band for the first time, I said to myself: he is the one who will give the music the creativity and the quality that the world needs. His band is unique, his singers are the best, singing, improvising, his arrangements are perfect, well he is THE BEST!!! Thank you Tony for bringing us the hope and the trust for a better musical world!!!

This is the only way Michael Jackson should be done in my opinion. With innovation and re-imagination, but without tampering with the key 'MJ' elements like those magical adlibs, the intimacy between the vocalist and the instrumentation (not just singing to hit the right notes but using the voice as it's own line of instrumentation) and of course, passion. They weren't just singing they were ascending! Amazing arrangement too.

Muchas veces no hay palabras para describir lo maravilloso, lo exquisito, lo excepcional. Inicialmente me quede sin aire de la emoción al sentir la dulce potencia de este arreglo y la ejecución de cada uno de los musicos...me llevó unos años atrás cuando vi por primera vez al grupo Irakere de Cuba(me refiero a esa emoción). Tony gracias por traer esas emociones a quienes apreciamos tu trabajo, tu talento y el de los musicos que te acompañan, gracias por compartir tu dedicación y pasión por lo que más te gusta hacer. (BTW- hace 5 meses fui operado del corazón reemplazo de 6 arterias.!!....pero entre todas las medicinas que tengo que tomar..ESTA ES LA MEJOR DE TODAS...
