I don't comment often, but I had an idea. I remember you saying you don't like doing the gold coin bit where isaac collects them all really quick. Try doing a version where isaac grabs all of them at once, with each grab layered over each other.

You can get multiple Void portals without mods. a lot of the big bosses have a chance to spawn one, even Mom's foot.
