Miyamoto confirmed that Mario is 25 a long time ago. (Even though the japanese version of Super Smash Bros. Melee says he's 26.) Since Mario and Luigi are twins, this would also make Luigi 25. The rest of the characters are just speculation. Peach seems to be in the same age group as Mario, maybe a little younger. I think 22 to 26 is mostly certain. Bowser seems to be older than Mario since he already was born and able to talk in Yoshi's Island. I'm guessing he would be 3 to 5 years old in that game.
