I’m 22, a senior in college and I am considering pursuing real estate as a career.
Do it. That’s when I started. Go for it. And just be persistent and resilient. actually interview these brokers and if you don’t like that the environment or they aren’t helping leave immediately. Don’t wait on them to help you by giving chances. Read as many books to gain more knowledge and kill the game. Everything I just told you took me 2 years to learn but if you start always but you’re self first go don’t give up.

Hit the ground running and stay consistent. If you don’t feel like your mentor isn’t teaching or available find another, be a sponge consistently learn even on your own. Network. I’m not the one to say quit your job but you will be tired and just know it’s mental. Get content like you don’t know anybody in the city. Don’t take people personally and realize you will wear many hats but don’t let the negativity in. Just get the job done…

Yes, If your broker works with apartments (apartment locating) you can help assist clients move into apartments by using a certain system to send properties to them.
