@Jason My father was the Head of Engineering at Netflix when they were a startup helping them IPO. He helped create this corporate culture and the culture deck at Netflix. I was lucky enough to be around this as a child and grew up around this. He based a lot of this off his experience as a Captain in the military and consulting. It’s been very interesting to see other people’s view of what he has done.
